Discussion thread for Finding earthquake epicenters.
The value for speed of P-waves are 6 km/s on the question body and 3 km/s on solution stub. I tried using 6 km/s value to solve the question but it was marked wrong. When I changed it to 3 km/s it was marked correct. Can you address this inconsistency?

Hey @acart-e thanks for finding that inconsistency! I just changed it to be v = 6.0 # [km/s] everywhere, so hopefully people won’t be confused in the future
